About this role:
Program Scheduler Job DescriptionThis is a hands-on scheduling position that involves close collaboration with the Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain best-in-class schedule management practices. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in scheduling/planning management, specifically focusing on technology vendors, including systems integrators.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing schedule management practices that ensure efficient resource allocation. You will also collaborate with vendors to resolve complex scheduling issues and achieve optimum outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Management: Develop and implement schedule management practices that ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex scheduling issues and achieve optimum outcomes.
- Communication: Communicate deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones clearly and effectively.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in scheduling/planning management, specifically focusing on technology vendors, including systems integrators.
- Expertise: Expertise in project methodology and scheduling dependencies.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to resolve complex scheduling issues efficiently.
