
Administrative Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Client Service Officer to provide exceptional administrative sales support to internal and external customers.
This role will involve managing all administrative tasks, completing client renewals, receiving and making calls and emails, and providing timely customer service to all clients and staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring information provided is of high standard, reconciling invoices as required, and upholding our client's reputation and brand.
In addition, the Client Service Officer will play a key role in delivering operational and process changes for efficient client delivery and achieving budgets and goals utilizing our performance development framework.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Computer Knowledge: Strong level of computer knowledge and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Telephone Manner and Relationship Management: Excellent telephone manner and relationship management skills.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to quickly pick up new information.
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Good problem-solving skills in order to respond to client enquiries.
- Collaborative Team Environment: Desire to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Adaptability: Ability and adaptability to work in a high-volume, high-paced environment.
