Seeking a dedicated and culturally responsive educator to teach English as an Additional Language/Dialect in Western Australia.

The Role

We are seeking highly skilled primary and secondary teachers with the capacity to develop and deliver rigorous blended learning programs for EALD students in an online distance education context. This includes teaching online and occasional on-site visits.

Applicants will ideally contribute to the development and delivery of inclusive, culturally responsive teaching programs that cater to diverse student needs. They will work closely with staff in partner schools, students, families, local communities, and other stakeholders.

The successful applicant will have a relevant EALD qualification and recent classroom experience in an EALD setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to build mutually respectful relationships with students, parents, and teachers are essential for this role.
