Retail Store Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail team lead to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Work under the leadership of the store manager to coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, ensure consistent development of customer relationships and satisfaction, and manage the retail team.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the successful running of the retail stores, take responsibility for maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising, and recommend, select, and help locate products based on customer needs or desires.
  • Customer Service: Open and close the store premises, handle cash, and maintain store security, ensuring that customers receive superior service at all times.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous retail team lead experience (2-3 years).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage people effectively.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with the ability to guide customers through our range of products.
  • Career Driven: Career driven with high personal standards in providing superior customer service.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure with a proactive attitude and adapt to changing circumstances.
