Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our store team as Assistant Store Manager.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and mentoring store staff to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Managing visual merchandising and stock levels to maintain store appearance and drive sales
  • Leading and inspiring the store team to meet business objectives and exceed expectations
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for store success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or 3IC in a high-volume retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing and empowering teams
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, and shrinkage
