Dementia Care Specialist Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team, providing high-quality care for residents living with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:- Nursing Care: Deliver tailored nursing care to meet the individual needs of residents living with dementia.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalised care plans.
- Emotional Support: Support residents emotionally and physically, fostering a sense of security and comfort in their daily lives.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support junior staff to ensure a positive work environment.
Qualifications: AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required. Experience in aged care, particularly with dementia care, is highly desirable.
Skills: Strong clinical skills and a person-centred approach are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team is also required. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with colleagues and residents.
