We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our specialist dementia care team in providing high-quality, person-centred care that nurtures the dignity, health, and wellbeing of residents.
- Deliver tailored nursing care to meet the individual needs of residents living with dementia, promoting their independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalised care plans, ensuring residents receive seamless support throughout their care journey.
- Foster a sense of security and comfort for residents by providing emotional and physical support, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
- Mentor and support junior staff to ensure a positive work environment, where everyone feels valued and supported in their role.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) is essential for this role.
- Strong clinical skills and a person-centred approach are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary, with a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
