About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Managing Consultant to join our team. As a leader in Data and Analytics, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality business solutions that create value and enhance performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing data engineering solutions for data acquisition and preparation;
  • Leveraging insights into client issues to design and deliver effective Data & Analytics solutions;
  • Communicating complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Leading medium to large projects, ensuring effective project control and risk management;
  • Contributing to quality reviews for technical tasks and participating in proposal development;
  • Building relationships with clients to support business development activities;
  • Couching and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and contributions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience linking and translating business requirements into Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions;
  • Data integration with a variety of data sources and tools to extract, transform, and load data;
  • Good skills in data modelling, data ingestion, and ETL design;
  • A thorough technical understanding of leading-edge data and analytics technologies and development techniques;
  • Experience in cloud technologies (AWS or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable);
  • Working closely with business users to design powerful visualizations and business intelligence reporting solutions;
  • Strong track record in delivering client-facing projects;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Awareness of industry trends and methodologies;
  • Tertiary qualification in an IT-related field or relevant work experience;
  • 7-10 years of broad IT experience, particularly in Data & Analytics;
  • 7-10 years of experience leading Data & Analytics projects.
