**Job Title: Chief Technology Officer**

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive digital and business transformation across the enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technology operations, driving strategic IT improvements and outcomes, and providing timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business growth plans by managing the implementation and integration of new and existing systems, technologies, and infrastructure.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to senior leaders around technology strategy, governance, information security, and risk management.
  • Research new technologies in the market and recommend them to senior leadership.
  • Develop and continue development of the technology roadmap and prepare business cases and cost/benefit analysis of new initiatives.
  • Drive digital and technology transformation across the business, ensuring strong project governance, effective change management, software development delivery, and uptake.
  • Contribute to tender preparation and respond to clients' tender's information security questionnaires.
  • Manage all IT operations, support services, and risks to ensure a robust IT environment.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans in association with managed service providers (MSPs).
  • Project manage IT initiatives, including planning, tracking, and executing.

Requirements:

  • Possess a genuine passion for technology and its potential to improve stakeholders' experience and drive growth.
  • Have exposure to strategic planning and execution, and in the development of technology roadmaps.
  • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management experience, including ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership with cross-functional teams and business units.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end technology environments, including infrastructure, projects, SaaS software, applications, vendors, and services.
  • Advanced knowledge of computing software and equipment, general knowledge of computing networks, database, programming logic, data modeling, and processes.
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology, project management, IT governance, and budgeting.
  • A degree in technology or a related field, and qualification in project management will be highly regarded.
  • Previous experience of budgeting, financial management, and financial reporting.
  • Experience developing business cases and presenting them to executive teams.
  • Experience with Python and MYOB Exo will be highly regarded.
  • Previous experience as an IT manager or head of IT will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to provide remote support.
