**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong organisational skills and time management abilities are also essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Scheduling customer service repair orders and obtaining clear briefs from customers.
  • Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairs.
  • Providing updates to customers on estimated completion times and ensuring their expectations are exceeded throughout the experience.
  • Supporting other service advisors and assisting the Workshop Manager in resolving customer-related concerns.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous dealership experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Sound organisational skills and time management.
  • Able to mentor and coach staff.
  • Ability to neutralise conflict.
