Automotive Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers, providing a warm and welcoming environment
- Act as a liaison between customers and the automotive technicians, ensuring effective communication and understanding of customer concerns
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries, problems, and requests, and provide accurate information and guidance
- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns and vehicle conditions
- Provide detailed service recommendations and estimates, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction
- Schedule appointments, coordinate with the service team, and ensure timely completion of services
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the entire service process
- Provide assistance in marketing for the growth of the business

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role within the automotive industry (Not Essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities to handle multiple customer requests efficiently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus
- Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to the automotive service industry
- Valid drivers licence and good driving record
