Job Overview

This role involves working with established sales teams to identify companies with less-than-truckload opportunities and aggressively pursuing potential accounts through the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with established sales teams to identify LTL opportunities.
  • Work potential accounts through the sales cycle, from initiation to closing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the pricing team to develop customized proposals.
  • Create presentations highlighting value-added services.
  • Prevent or solve problems with LTL accounts to ensure revenue growth.
  • Lead or assist account reviews on performance, forecasts, and future opportunities for LTL solutions.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of success in a metric-driven sales role with LTL knowledge.
  • Strong phone, and in-person sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • High energy with an excellent work ethic.
  • Self-directed with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
