Outside Sales Professional

Our organization is seeking a skilled and motivated Outside Sales Representative to enhance the growth of our life insurance products.

About the Role
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize our proprietary platform that targets qualified candidates, allowing you to focus on client interactions and less on lead hunting.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance requirements, presenting and explaining life insurance options to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Leverage this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and organizational policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.
