Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our medical device team in Victoria. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales of surgical products within hospital accounts.

  • Growing sales of surgical products within hospital accounts
  • Analysing and interpreting sales data to identify growth opportunities
  • Engaging with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital procurement to ensure confidence in products
  • Managing in-theatre demonstrations and supporting clinical cases
  • Providing outstanding customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Business (preferred)
  • Proven track record in medical device/consumables and/or B2B sales
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Passion for winning and excellent teamwork
