Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, maintaining positive relationships and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
- Follow up on sales leads to achieve business growth and profitability objectives.
- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring clients are informed about product timelines and progress.
- Stay current with new products and services available in the market.
- Perform administrative duties, including quotes, orders, point of sale transactions, reconciliations, and performance reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- You possess excellent customer service skills and can confidently build rapport with clients.
- You have intermediate to advanced computer proficiency and outstanding time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- You can quickly learn about products and demonstrate confidence when discussing their features.
- You thrive in a dynamic team environment.
