Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our opening team as a Front of House (FOH) Manager. This is a unique opportunity to be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and shaping the future of our restaurant.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, leading by example, and promoting a culture of excellence. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the FOH operation, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be a strong motivator and coach, with a passion for developing and empowering their team members.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing FOH team
  • Oversee customer service standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Develop and implement effective training programs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
  • Restaurant opening experience is an advantage
  • Proven track record in leading a high-performing team
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Valid RSA certificate
  • Qualification in Hospitality, Management, or similar discipline
