Job Title: Aviation Lifting Equipment Office Support Specialist

This business is seeking an experienced Office Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of the office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role previously, possess high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including AR and AP
  • Perform general bookkeeping duties, including payroll and BAS
  • Provide sales support and customer service
  • Assist with various administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Advanced MYOB and Microsoft skills
  • Sales support skills and customer service experience
  • A Medical assessment prior to commencement

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Has excellent time management skills and is able to meet deadlines
  • Is a team player and able to work collaboratively with others
