This role is centered around contributing to the enhancement of healthcare safety and quality at a national level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of strategies related to the safe use of medicines, with a focus on IV fluids.
The successful applicant will possess expertise in medication and clinical safety across the healthcare system, particularly in critical care environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing high-quality written reports, briefs, and policies on complex healthcare issues.
- Providing expert policy advice and information to stakeholders.
- Managing project activities, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and risk management.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to foster productive working relationships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent policy and writing skills, as well as experience in healthcare-related policy development at a national or state level.
