Job Title: Administrative Team Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and efficient Administrative Team Leader to provide high-quality administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration of our social media presence to ensure regularity and consistency of messaging
  • Create presentations, posters, rosters, and church directories as required
  • Ensure the provision of prompt, efficient, and gracious customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manage office and centre supplies and equipment to ensure supplies are readily available when required
  • Provide accurate and timely financial administration and recording of invoices, banking, petty cash, bank receipting, and reconciliations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in an administrative role with some level of autonomy
  • Certificate in Business Administration or extensive experience
  • Experience with graphic design programs and communication databases is desirable
  • Good level of computer literacy in MS Office and exposure to computerised accounting systems and databases
  • A driver's licence
  • A willingness to undergo a National Police Check
