About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our service team. As a senior technical support engineer, you will own, troubleshoot and solve complex customer technical issues, acting as an advisor to the customer and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer technical issues using troubleshooting tools and practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of Windows systems administration, configuration, and deployment.
  • Engage with Microsoft Engineering/Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and contribute to automation techniques and diagnostic tools.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience, or equivalent degree and experience.
  • Strong understanding of Windows System Administration, Configuration, including Registry, Windows Activation, Setup and Upgrade, Security (TPM, Bitlocker, MBAM, WDAC), and more.
  • Familiarity with Windows Update for Business, OS deployment tools and methodologies (e.g., MDT, SCCM, Autopilot), and compliance management in enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing Windows Update for Business, including compliance and deferral policies.
  • Proficiency in Windows Setup & Upgrade scenarios, including in-place upgrades and clean installs.
  • Familiarity with Windows Defender Application Control and Smart App Control.
  • Familiarity with BitLocker encryption and TPM (Trusted Platform Module) management.
