Window and Door System Specialist

We seek an exceptional individual to fill the role of a Showroom Quotation Specialist in our Adelaide team. As a leading provider of window and door system solutions, we offer a unique opportunity for talented professionals to grow their career in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to confirm and understand their needs
- Provide quotations for window and door systems
- Offer technical support to clients when required
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Assist in maintaining good client relationships
- Complete tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Team Leader
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English languages
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software applications
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Experience in civil construction or window and door industry is preferred
- Must have legal working rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)
