Payroll Specialist

**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Payroll Specialist.
Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Team, you will be an integral part of the People and Culture (P&C) team. You will have the chance to expand your skills and knowledge in the HR space while gaining end-to-end experience in payroll processing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing weekly and monthly pay runs for 80 employees using Pronto software (training provided if necessary)
- Full responsibility of payroll administration including employee files, contracts, and benefits
- Coordinating workcover claims and return-to-work processes
- Providing HR and Safety administrative support
- Reporting and analysis
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance with relevant legislation

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Open and collaborative approach
- Excellent computer and administration skills, intermediate level MS Office and Payroll systems (Pronto advantage)
