
Senior Payroll Administrator Position

Job Title:
Payroll Systems Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute strategic management objectives
- Provide management, guidance, support, and training for the Payroll Systems team
- Ensure system and manual controls are maintained to support internal and external audits
- Provide high-quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquiries
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies where relevant
- Review, manage, and implement new legislative requirements
- Review, manage, and implement new Enterprise Agreement requirements
Requirements:
- Exposure to SAP or other large payroll software products would be highly advantageous
- Proven exposure leading teams and enhancing performance
- Thoroughly knowledgeable about administration and implementation of payroll systems
- Understanding of utilising payroll database software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to take initiative and accountability for assigned tasks
- High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload
