Job Title

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Research Services division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in research governance, compliance, and strategic management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a high-performing Research Services team focused on delivering exceptional support to researchers and Higher Degree by Research (HDR) candidates.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders on research services strategy and implementation.
  • Collaborate with academic and professional stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that drive research excellence.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capability.
  • Strong knowledge of research services, grants, contracts, ethics applications, HDR, policy, and ongoing training.
  • Able to enhance operational effectiveness through efficient processes and strong internal controls.
