Property Manager Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to manage a diverse portfolio of properties in Sydney’s iconic beachside location. You will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the smooth management of 150 properties.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A current Certificate of Registration and own car & driver's license are also essential. As a successful Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords on a regular basis
  • Managing maintenance and repairs efficiently
  • Conducting thorough property inspections
  • Supporting a junior Property Manager and Leasing Consultant

This is a Monday - Friday position with flexible work-from-home options provided. The portfolio has been managed by one person for over 10 years, offering a wealth of knowledge and experience available to support your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic property management to ensure maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Effective communication and relationship-building with tenants, landlords, and colleagues
  • Maintenance and repair coordination to minimize downtime and costs
  • Thorough property inspections to identify potential issues

Requirements:

  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Own car & driver's license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
