Job Overview

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and develop tailored care plans that prioritize their well-being.

  • Work flexibly across various shifts, including participating in an on-call roster to meet the demands of our clients.
Essential Criteria
  • At least 3 years of experience in acute nursing settings, with a minimum of one year's experience in District Nursing or comparable Community Nursing or Emergency departments.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Proven ability to perform thorough patient assessments and create effective, person-centred care plans.
