Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure and Renewables professional to join our Asia Pacific team. As a key member of the Australia team, you will focus on key markets across the Asia Pacific region.

Our Infrastructure and Energy business provides specialist transactional and financial advisory services to developers of and investors in renewable energy assets.

Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, equity/debt capital raises, and other client engagements; managing relationships with existing clients as well as internal and external stakeholders; preparing financial models and transaction documents, as well as client deliverables; pursuing new business development opportunities through generation of client leads and preparation of pitches; developing thought leadership materials and producing sector insights on the renewable market; and supporting the growth and development of the Energy and Infrastructure team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or equivalent university degree; Master's or MBA is positively valued
  • Demonstrable experience in managing M&A transactions and financing operations
  • Experience of producing high-quality documents using Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrable experience of developing and using complex financial/Excel models
  • Knowledge of the Asia Pacific renewable energy market
  • Proactive attitude with desire to improve and ability to learn on the job
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build client relationships
  • Ability to proactively overcome qualitative and quantitative challenges confidently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
