Marketing and Administration Professional

The Marketing and Administration Professional role plays a crucial part in business development. This position assists the Business Development Manager in expanding the company's membership and contract opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the Business Development Manager in identifying, planning, booking, and preparing internal and external business promotions.
- Perform simple desktop publishing tasks using Canva or similar technologies.
- Participate in industry-hosted events during and after normal working hours as required.
The role comprises a mix of structured and unstructured work. Structured tasks include clearing grouped email mailboxes, processing new membership inquiries, scheduling meetings, issuing and tracking documentation, and data entry and validation.
Unstructured activities may involve market research to support business development strategy, configuring and coordinating email marketing campaigns, and preparing content for tender submissions.
Requirements:- A minimum of two years of equivalent administrative experience.
- Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A pleasant phone manner and ability to work directly with members and clients.
