We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead our Quality Assurance team at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Sydney.

About the Role
  • As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the performance and development of the QA team, driving continuous improvement across quality systems and site operations.

The successful candidate will maintain and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.

You will set and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Key responsibilities include managing internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections, as well as overseeing corrective action programs, deviation investigations, change control, and training initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing audits, CAPAs, and QMS improvements.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Tertiary qualification in Science, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
