Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Professional

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and elevate the quality management system of major projects, ensuring compliance, productivity optimization, and achievement of key performance indicators.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the Sydney Water Quality Management System (1MS) AS/NZ ISO 9001 & AS/NZ 14001, as well as providing strategic quality professional advice and services to the Major Projects leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading positive business change and improving client delivery management capability
  • Developing and managing training, awareness, and educational programs relevant to quality expectations and goals
  • Coaching, developing, and performance managing a team of quality professionals
  • Ensuring contractor compliance and optimizing productivity through effective quality management systems

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Construction Industry Induction White Card
  • 15+ years' work experience in quality management to support delivery of large investment portfolios
