About the Role

As a key player in our logistics team, you will be responsible for supporting the sustainment of capability for various contracts. This position requires an individual with excellent organisational and communication skills to manage inventory, asset data, and configuration records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics and inventory activities across multiple systems
  • Manage asset data and configuration records to ensure accurate reporting
  • Support procurement, spares forecasting, and sustainment planning activities
  • Liaise with stakeholders on logistics matters when required
  • Assist with contract administration and transactional finance tasks

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with Defence ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of logistics and procurement processes
  • Ability to interpret and maintain logistics documentation accurately
  • Experience working in a Defence or supply support environment
  • Australian Citizenship with eligibility for security clearance
