Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned property professional to take on the role of Property Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our portfolio, ensuring that all properties are managed efficiently and effectively.

About the Job
  • This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in property management;
  • They will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of self-contained and contemporary strata titled apartments;
  • They will work closely with our building managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all properties are well maintained and that any issues are resolved promptly;

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of organization and time management skills;
  • Previous experience using property management software would be highly regarded;
