About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Product Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.

Your primary focus will be on advising and assisting customers with their queries related to our range of market-leading Dulux decorative paint products. You will need to possess excellent product knowledge and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical and colour-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. You will also be required to document interactions and feedback via our CRM system, ensuring that we maintain high-quality customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  • Answer customer enquiries and resolve technical and colour-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
  • Document interactions and feedback via the CRM system.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
