We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Trade Counter team in Padstow. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services.

A typical day will involve providing customer service and information about products, undertaking pick packing and stock control activities, and making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

We offer a competitive salary of around $65,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses and a range of benefits including paid annual leave and continuous learning and development programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • The ability to use a computer and learn new systems
  • A clean valid driver's licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
