We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in the Gladstone area.

  • A competitive salary of $90,000 - $115,000 + Super will be offered to the successful candidate.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including clients from the NDIS, Medicare, DVA, and private sectors.
  • $10,000 is available for professional development to help you grow and succeed in your role.

About Your Role:

  • As a Speech Pathologist at our clinic, you will provide services to clients in a variety of settings, including clinics and communities in the Gladstone region.
  • You will work with clients of all ages, from 0-100 years old, who have a range of chronic diagnoses.
  • The types of speech pathology services you will provide include working with clients who have developmental delays, stroke/brain injuries, dementia, stuttering, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, autism, dyslexia, and other conditions affecting the head, neck, and face.
  • Telehealth services will also be available if desired.

Your Support System:

Our structured onboarding and induction program includes shadowing sessions to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your new role.

We offer regular supervision with a highly experienced Speech Pathologist Team Leader, as well as regular team meetings and internal PD opportunities.

An incredible PD allowance of up to $10,000 is available to support your ongoing development and growth.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology is required.
  • SPA membership is necessary.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia are essential.
  • A valid drivers license and own vehicle are necessary for this role.
