Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by facilitating L&D activities with a customer-focused approach, building positive relationships with staff and stakeholders.
  • Facilitated Learning: Design and deliver engaging training programs in-person and online, contributing to the evaluation of high-quality learning experiences.
  • Administration: Manage logistics for training sessions, serve as the main contact for L&D inquiries, and maintain accurate training records.
  • Budget Management: Track training expenses and ensure timely processing of invoices.
  • Project Participation: Assist with system integrations and the enhancement of training resources.
About You

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Previous administrative experience with a strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and consult effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, show high levels of initiative, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and participate in projects that contribute to continuous improvement.
