About the Opportunity
">The Research Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting both our Research Institute and Client Services divisions.
">This position requires a proactive professional who can drive operational effectiveness and make a meaningful impact across functions in a dynamic research environment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Monitor and report on team resourcing to ensure efficient delivery of projects
">- Support business development activities, including proposal and tender responses
">- Coordinate issue management and process improvement actions
">- Develop and maintain documentation systems such as internal registers and version-controlled files
">- Assist in the preparation of key business reports
">Requirements:
">- 3-5 years' experience in project coordination or similar roles
">- High level of initiative and ability to engage with external stakeholders
">- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
">- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
">- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
