Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Research Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and sustainment of highly specialized physical research infrastructure for Defence.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capacity for multitasking and problem solving, and a demonstrated ability to develop and foster productive working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Contribute to site management, governance and coordination of national and site level project delivery.
  • Assist with scheduled desktop estate appraisal processes providing recommendations for maintenance and refurbishment activities.
  • Support the delivery of research infrastructure projects at the program level and liaise with relevant stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of workflows, processes and documentation for Research Infrastructure e.g. scheduling works, maintaining DSTG Estate Investment Requirement register.
