Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading marketing efforts for customer segments and driving category growth and visibility through strategic execution. You will also be responsible for designing end-user journeys, funnel communications, and marketing automation initiatives, as well as managing and mentoring a team member.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercially viable marketing plans;
  • Design and implement marketing automation initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention;
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the development of their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on strategic execution;
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective marketing automation programs;
  • Strong leadership skills with experience of managing and mentoring a team;
  • Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively;
  • Postgraduate qualifications in marketing or business are highly regarded.
