Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. Your duties will include:

  • Case management and caseload management
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals
  • Completing assessments using clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Full Membership with ASORC
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Desire to problem-solve and innovate
  • Passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
