We are looking for our next superstar to join our successful **Ballarat **team as a **Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant** on a Full Time basis.
In this role, you will provide vocational counselling and assessment services to assist with job placement and return to work predominantly within WorkCover (Experience in TAC, ComCare and Life Insurance schemes highly regarded).

You will have the confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes. Your personable approach will assist to manage stakeholder expectations and to build strong relationships with key customers.

**Qualifications**
- Full Registration with appropriate governing body required (AHPRA, ASORC, AASW or ESSA)
- Tertiary Qualifications in Allied Health
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly regarded);
- The ability to proactively manage a case load and achieve outstanding results for the customer and client;
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the health benefits of work
- The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers
- Current driver's license and motor vehicle
