Maintenance Manager

As a key member of our team, you will lead the management and maintenance of our buildings. Your responsibilities include overseeing maintenance schedules, managing relationships with contractors and internal teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, developing preventative maintenance programs, and supporting residents through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee building maintenance and repairs
- Manage contractor and internal team relationships
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Support residents through effective communication
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- A trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, or Plumbing (highly desirable)
- Valid State Driver's License (class C preferred)
- Excellent communication skills + ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Proactive and goal-focused, with a drive to deliver beyond expectations
