Senior Maintenance Professional

As a senior maintenance professional, you will lead our service organization, driving continuous improvement in processes and execution at local facilities.
The successful candidate will oversee daily service operations, review customer service contracts, cost, and financial data to enhance profitability.
- Manage daily maintenance and service team requirements
- Drive process improvement, planning, and execution
- Review and analyze performance data to optimize results
- Ensure safe and efficient repair work
- Minimise machine downtime
You will also be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Country HR Manager to maintain a good personnel and work climate
- Working closely with Country OpX key users to achieve efficient and profitable operations
- Liaising with management to develop strategic plans for operational activities
- Representing the company in meetings with client site representatives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant Trades Certificate
- 10+ years of maintenance experience, managing shift teams, and 5+ years in a similar supervisory position
- Strategic thinking, communication, leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, influencing skills, negotiation, time management, commercial acumen, adaptability, conflict resolution, resilience
- In-depth knowledge of mobile equipment, customer orientation
