About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to lead our team in delivering high-end residential and commercial maintenance projects throughout Western Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join our senior management team and take charge of a crew of horticulture professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling work, managing staff, liaising with clients, ordering equipment, and conducting hands-on maintenance work when required.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Scheduling weekly work efficiently
  • Managing a team of up to 6 staff, delegating tasks and maximizing their potential
  • Liaising with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
  • Ordering equipment and resources as needed
  • Conducting hands-on maintenance work when required
  • Reporting directly to an Operations Manager

Requirements for the Position

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
  • 3-5+ years' experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in commercial and high-end residential settings
  • Possess strong managerial and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate personable and presentable qualities
