Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage information technology systems to optimize performance and security
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate IT coaching employees to enhance their skills and performance
  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures to meet user needs and system functionality
  • Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes to identify areas for improvement
  • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures to maintain organizational policy

Requirements:

  1. Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  2. In-depth knowledge of information technology systems and best practices
  3. Ability to design and implement strategic solutions to address complex IT challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management or a related field
