About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position (4 days per week) with the opportunity to progress your career into leadership and take on Team Leadership responsibilities as required. As an experienced practitioner in child, youth, and families welfare, you will be working in a multidisciplinary integrated team delivering quality, safe, and effective responses to children, young people, and families experiencing family violence.

You will be responsible for managing an active caseload, mentoring and supporting newer team members, and providing intake support via phone, within the Orange Door site, and through outreach visits. Additionally, you will be involved in audits, quality improvement activities, and other projects and tasks.

About the Program

">

The Orange Door Program brings together workforces from various sectors to deliver an integrated practice model and a consolidated intake point for women, children, young people, and families who are experiencing or have experienced family violence. You will be working collaboratively to support integrated risk assessment and planning, refer clients to services within the broader service system, and provide them information and support.
