Occupational Therapist Specialist Lead

As a Senior Occupational Therapist with Early Start Australia, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families. Our teams work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment to deliver evidence-based interventions.
We are seeking an experienced therapist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients. As a senior member of the team, you will have both management and therapy duties. This includes supervision of junior staff, running group supervision meetings, assisting staff with time management and organization, developing clinic resources, and providing feedback to management at local and national levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and intervention sessions with clients aged 0-18 years.
- Supervision of junior staff and provision of feedback to management.
- Development of clinic resources and provision of input into team meetings.
- Liaison with families, teachers, professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Strong experience working with children, ASD, and disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
