Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Early Start Australia. As a senior therapist, you will have both management and therapist duties, including supervision of junior staff, running group supervision and discipline-specific meetings, and assisting staff with time management and organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload of clients, including those with ASD and disabilities.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment to deliver great, evidence-based outcomes.
- Supervise junior staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Run group supervision and discipline-specific meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Assist staff with time management and organization to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working with children, ASD, and disabilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Compliance with WWCC, Police Check, Children's First Aid training, own transport, AHPRA registration, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and eligibility for Medicare provider status.
