About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Account Manager to join our Global Payments Solutions team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of blue-chip corporate clients, providing high-quality service support, and partnering with the broader team to identify and develop customized solutions to meet their transactional banking needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive account management to achieve overall client portfolio growth.
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure they are comfortable using our transactional banking products and services, and that they are functioning to optimal levels.
- Collaborate with relationship managers, solution managers, and business partners to support clients' daily and ongoing service activities.
- Deliver positive outcomes to client enquiries or challenges, ensuring all internal and external risk metrics are met at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an account manager or servicing manager in the banking industry, with in-depth knowledge of transactional banking solutions.
- Commitment to providing outstanding client service management to clients with complex needs.
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously towards achieving personal and team goals.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
