Site Reliability Engineering Manager

This role involves leading a high-performing team responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our cloud-based platform.

  • Team management, career development, project prioritization, and performance review.
  • Drive a culture of process automation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to enhance infrastructure reliability.
  • Act as crisis manager to orchestrate actions towards sustainable solutions.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing processes to drive continuous efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to partner teams interfacing with SRE.
  • Onboard new hires to facilitate their success in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Experience with cloud operations and geographic distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3 principles and methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in AI integration into work processes.
  • Fluency in English language.
Additional Requirements:

Australian citizenship and baseline security clearance are required for this role.
